When we checked on 2 October 2026, Fish It! had more than 4.7 billion visits and over 70,000 people playing at once.

AUTO fishing, AFK play and the 20-minute idle rule
AUTO fishing is built in and free. Fish It! has an AUTO fishing button that lets the game fish for you. In November 2025, the developers moved it to the middle of everyone's screen. None of the gamepasses in the experience's store sells auto fishing. They sell things like luck boosts, more mutations, Sell Anywhere, Double XP, VIP and boats.
The developers design for AFK fishing. Fish It!'s official update posts talk about AFK players directly:
- September 2025: "Reliability improvements made to Auto Fishing."
- October 2025: a fix for characters drifting when AFK fishing with large rods.
- July 2026: in the Mariana Trench, AFK players are automatically teleported to the new area when the environment changes.
What about Roblox's idle rule? Roblox's Creator Documentation says it automatically disconnects players who have been idle for at least 20 minutes. Fish It!'s official posts don't say whether AUTO fishing keeps you in the server past that mark, so we won't promise it does. AFKPal keeps the phone and Roblox open 24/7. It doesn't touch the idle rule. If you find you were disconnected, rejoin from any device and switch AUTO fishing back on.
There are no documented offline earnings. Catches, hunts and events happen inside a live server, so Fish It! has to be open and you have to be in a server.
Use only the AUTO button. Fish It!'s update notes keep adding anti-cheat measures, and Roblox's Community Standards ban cheating, exploits, and bots or automation that run disruptive tasks. Don't use auto-clickers, macros or scripts. AFKPal doesn't run any of these, and we don't recommend them.
Why Fish It! fits an AFKPal cloud phone
Fish It! is a game of long odds. When the developers added the Megalodon in September 2025, they called it the new rarest Secret, at 1 in 4,000,000. Chasing odds like that takes a lot of time with a line in the water. On your daily phone, that ties up the screen, heats the device and drains the battery.
The game's events also happen inside live servers:
- Hunts spawn like weather. Megalodon Hunt events spawn naturally in a server, and the event ends when the first player there catches the shark. July 2026's Glacial Serpent Hunt, a weather event, also allowed one catch per event.
- Group Secret events. In November 2025, the developers added a Secret group fishing event in the Ancient Ruin that triggers every 4 hours. Its in-game board says luck doesn't affect the odds. Instead, players catch as many fish as they can during a 10-minute timer to boost everyone's Secret chance.
- Admin events. Fish It!'s official X account announces admin events, sometimes telling players to rejoin.
With AFKPal, Fish It! runs on a separate Android phone in the cloud:

- AUTO fishing keeps going when you close the viewer. Closing AFKPal stops the stream, not the game.

How to set up Fish It! on AFKPal
- Create or sign in to your AFKPal account and start a cloud phone in the region closest to you.
- Open the cloud phone from the AFKPal app or the web dashboard.
- Open Google Play, search for Roblox, and check the publisher and package: Roblox Corporation,

A practical Fish It! routine
AUTO sessions in a spot you like. Pick an island your rod handles, switch on AUTO fishing and close the viewer. Check in from your phone or a browser when you have a minute.
Be there for events. Follow Fish It!'s official X account or Discord for update days and admin events. Some run on a schedule — the Ancient Ruin event triggered every 4 hours — so you can hop in from any device when one starts.
Fish with friends. Fishing Circles, added in February 2026, give a luck boost when friends fish together. The cloud phone does the heavy lifting while you play from whichever screen is closest.
Mind the idle rule between check-ins. If you're actively playing and step away, you have about 20 minutes before Roblox's idle rule applies. AUTO fishing is the game's own tool for the time in between.
