Ragnarok Origin Classic Americas Halloween Carnival 2026: dates, Candy, Float Parade and Halloween Terror times

The short version

The Halloween Carnival in Ragnarok Origin Classic (ROOC) Americas runs from 26 October, 05:00 to 9 November, 04:59 server time (UTC-4). It has four parts: Trick or Treat, the nightly Float Parade, the Halloween Adventure quests and, on Halloween night, Halloween Terror. Everything is in Prontera except the children who ask for Candy, who appear in the major cities. (Source: official 15/10/2026 Patch Notes.)

Two things from the same patch are already live: the rebuilt Juperos Ruins and a new Dimension Drill season, both since 19 October, 05:00.

About the times. All times are ROOC Americas server time (UTC-4), as the official notice gives them. Brasília time (BRT, UTC-3) is 1 hour ahead, so 19:00 server time is 20:00 in São Paulo.

Halloween calendar (server time and BRT)

The official notice states UTC-4 for these dates. If you see a different time in the in-game calendar after early November, trust the game.

How to get Candy, and what to do with it

According to the official notice:

• Daily quests: "completing Daily Quests will reward you with candy" during Trick or Treat. The fan site ROOC Companion reports that these are Commissions. During the event, Operation Commission also raises the daily Commission Ticket limit (official).
• Float Parade: follow the float through Prontera every evening and pick up the Candy it drops, for rewards such as Zeny, Blessed Armor Ore and Blessed Weapon Ore. Limit: 10 pick-ups a day.
• Hand it out: children asking for Candy appear in the major cities. Each Candy you give earns a [Trick-or-Treat Gift], where you pick a reward such as [Opt. Refine Pack] x10, [Mora Coin] x20 or [Super Cookie] x5. Limit: 10 hand-outs a day.

Halloween Adventure is a set of eight limited quests in Prontera (The Ghost Detective, A Guide of Halloween Night, An Emergency Order, The Creepy Candlelight, Halloween Q&A, An Oracle's Concern, Unnatural Tales and Naughty Child). The official notice says they give a chance of Gold Coin rewards. It does not list Candy as a reward, and the quests can't be accepted after the event ends.

Halloween Terror: 31 October

On Halloween night, the Starry Sparkle Witch hosts Halloween Terror at the Prontera fountain:

1. From 22:05 server time (23:05 BRT), talk to Gryll at the fountain and finish the photography quest to enter the venue early. Inside, you keep earning Base and Job EXP and can search for Halloween Giftboxes.
2. At 22:10 (23:10 BRT), talk to Witch Barbara to play the mini-games.
3. Finish to get the [Halloween Radiance Pack 2026]: [Headwear - Pumpkin Head], [Title - Carnival Night], [Emoji Voucher: Night Fiesta], [Light-Dark Opt. Chest], [Day-Night Opt. Chest] and prank toys.

Already live: Juperos Ruins and Dimension Drill

• Juperos Ruins (Base Lv. 79+) replaces the old version from 19 Oct, 05:00. Normal mode works solo or in a party. Speedrun is harder, and Gravity recommends a party of five. A run you start before the Monday 05:00 weekly reset and finish after it isn't recorded. Last week's reward attempts can be claimed through [Retrieve] at Normal rewards.
• Dimension Drill: the new season runs 19 Oct, 05:00 to 19 Nov, 00:00 server time. Progress and ranks reset.

A daily routine for the Carnival

1. After the 05:00 server reset (06:00 BRT), clear your daily quests/Commissions for Candy, and use the extra Commission Tickets.
2. Hand out Candy to the children in the major cities until you reach the 10-a-day limit.
3. Be in Prontera between 19:00 and 22:00 server time (20:00 to 23:00 BRT) for the Float Parade and its 10 daily pick-ups.
4. Work through the eight Halloween Adventure quests before 9 Nov.
5. Keep 31 Oct, 22:05 server time (23:05 BRT) free for Halloween Terror.

Keeping ROOC ready on AFKPal

ROOC needs its client running. The Carnival's daily caps and the evening-only parade reward players whose game is open at the right time. AFKPal is an always-on cloud Android phone: install the official app, leave your character farming on ROOC's own Auto between events, and close the viewer. When the parade starts, open AFKPal from your phone or browser and play the event yourself. AFKPal doesn't run bots, macros or scripts. You only use the game's built-in features.

1. Start an AFKPal cloud phone in Brazil (South America) or the United States (North and Central America).
2. Install ROOC Americas from Google Play: com.gravity.roocam.android. Don't use third-party APKs.
3. Log in, set Auto on a map you clear safely, and close the viewer. Reconnect for Candy hand-outs, the parade, Halloween Terror and party content like Juperos Speedrun.
